COPYRIGHT LAW - CEASE AND DESIST (Plus:- T_I_N_Y "dot" C_C 's)

I have recently noticed two (recently_formed) ILLEGALLY NAMED Companies .. which are being operated (by ONLY two "cellular" phones) from out of the SAME accountancy office in Auckland NZ .. to whom I have already SPOKEN .. in regards to their BREACHING of my NZ (COPYRIGHTED) TRADEMARK

I have also been advised by the NZ Companies Office:
That the NZ Companies Office does NOT CHECK - nor can they offer advise - NOR do anything to STOP COMPANIES .. from ILLEGALLY registering a NEW COMPANY NAME - in the (Copyrighted Intellectual Property) TRADE NAME .. of an EXISTING NZ COMPANY...

These two "?" Companies are "also" being ILLEGALLY operated .. by the one & the SAME "accountancy service" .. to whom I have already served with a VERBAL "Cease & Desist" Order

Under NZ Company LAW:

It is an offence to establish a NEW COMPANY .. using the Intellectual Property - of an EXISTING COMPANY .. or to "BREACH the COPYRIGHT" .. of an UN_REGISTERED TRADEMARK

It is ALSO an offence .. under the NZ Company Directors LAW .. to NOT comply with ALL relevant NZ LAWS (or to abuse another NZ Company's Intellectual Property Protection)

It is ALSO an offence .. under NZ LAW .. to FALSELY CLAIM anothers TRADE MARK (trading brand) .. IN THE SAME BUSINESS CATEGORY

I have .. for many years .. HELD BOTH ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING TRADE ACCOUNTS .. with several PLUMBING WHOLESALERS & RETAILERS ... not "just" for the 11years of runnng my QUIX - NZ business .. BUT .. personally - from 1965 onwards .. albeitly haphazardly over the years .. but NONE THE LESS - fully protected under COPYRIGHT protection

I CURRENTLY RUN .. several (inter_related) departments within my BUSINESS ENTITY ..
All via & under variations of my QUIX trademark (BRAND) & for many "unrelated" industry categories

I HAVE PRIOR COPYRIGHT FOR .. PLUS PRIOR USAGE RIGHTS TO:
